Delivery outside of the UK is calculated at checkout. Some duty may be charged by your country when your purchase is delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all additional charges incurred. Please note: Export of aerosol spray cans is prohibited by all international postal services. If an international order is placed containing aerosol products, you will be refunded for these products. Please contact us if you have any specific dates or requests.
Our store collection is free and easy! Simply pay online and collect in our Castle Ashby store. Collections are ready in store within 24 hours from order confirmation for orders placed Monday to Friday, or within 48 hours for orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays. A member of the team will be in touch once your order is ready to collect. Alternatively, if you would like to discuss a quicker collection time, please call us on 01604 696080 before placing your order and we will try to accommodate your request.
Upon collection, please bring a copy of your email as proof of purchase. If you haven’t collected your order after 7 days, we'll send you a reminder, and then another one after 20 days. At 30 days, we’ll refund your money and return the order.

If your order is delivered to you and it is damaged, deficient of items shown on the delivery note, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then please notify us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the companys appointed carrier. Please contact us if you have any specific dates or requests.
