– Clean the inside and outside of your shoes with a damp, lint-free cloth.
– Never dry wet shoes near a heat source or in direct sunlight.
– Care of shoes with a velvety surface (split leather, nubuck…): brush the surface with a soft brush to remove dust then apply waterproofing (never use wax) NB: suede cleaning blocks should be used sparingly to avoid rapid wear of the nap.
– Care of smooth leather shoes: wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth then apply a small amount of wax-based product to create a protective film on the shoe.

Delivery outside of the UK is calculated at checkout. Some duty may be charged by your country when your purchase is delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all additional charges incurred. Please note: Export of aerosol spray cans is prohibited by all international postal services. If an international order is placed containing aerosol products, you will be refunded for these products. Please contact us if you have any specific dates or requests.
Our store collection is free and easy! Simply pay online and collect in our Castle Ashby store. Collections are ready in store within 24 hours from order confirmation for orders placed Monday to Friday, or within 48 hours for orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays. A member of the team will be in touch once your order is ready to collect. Alternatively, if you would like to discuss a quicker collection time, please call us on 01604 696080 before placing your order and we will try to accommodate your request.
Upon collection, please bring a copy of your email as proof of purchase. If you haven’t collected your order after 7 days, we'll send you a reminder, and then another one after 20 days. At 30 days, we’ll refund your money and return the order.
